Instruction for paper preparation and formatting

Prospective authors participating to the LNLA 2009 workshop should follow the guidelines of the previous SMMSP workshops.

  • Extended summary of the paper should be 6-8 pages (including figures and references).
  • Final version of a regular paper should be maximum 8 pages (including figures and references).
  • Final version of an invited paper should be maximum 16 pages (including figures and references).
  • Paper should be formatted according to the specifications and style templates below:
  • The submitted article should be in PDF or PostScript format. Please, observe the requirement for A4 paper size.

Paper Submission

Extended abstract and final paper submission will be held electronically. The authors should ensure that the submitted pdfs satisfy the IEEE PDF requirements. To check if all requirements are satisfied, the authors can use IEEE PDF Express. Please go to http://www.pdf-express.org/ , click on the link "New Users - Click Here" and fill in your information. You will need the Conference ID which is: lnla09x .

Prospective authors are requested to fill out the IEEE copyright form (PDF file, Word document) and send by fax (+358 3 3115 3817) or mail (bregovic _at_ cs.tut.fi).
